Yesterday Mozilla has announced the availability of Firefox mobile for Nokia’s Maemo platform (Nokia N900). Firefox Mobile for Maemo also has Tabbed browsing, Safe Browsing, ability to customize your Firefox by adding small pieces of functionality (more than 40 Firefox add-ons for mobile) and its now available in more than 30 languages.
Mozilla has just released the first release candidate of Firefox for Maemo smartphones (Nokia N900 and Nokia N810). The Mozilla Firefox RC1 for Maemo comes with new features and improvements including easy web navigation, optimisation for Touch Interface, increased security, improved text rendering and fixing some specific issues in N900. If you’ve already got previous beta version installed on your N900 or N810, you will be receiving a software update soon.
If you have a Windows Mobile Smartphone now you can install it with Opera Mobile 10, because the beta version is now available for Windows Mobile.
