Yesterday Vodafone and RIM officially announced The New BlackBerry Storm2 9520, Vodafone’s Storm2 is expected to be available starting October 26th and customers in the UK & Ireland will be able to get the smartphone first. It’ll also available in Germany, Netherlands, Spain, France, Italy and South Africa. The Smartphone offer a 3.25 inch 360 x 480 pixels capacitive touchscreen display with new SurePress technology, another features are built in GPS navigation, 3.2 MP camera, 3.5 mm stereo headset jack, 2 GB onboard memory storage and 256 MB Flash memory

Pricing

Pricing will be announced by the individual in-country operating companies. As an indication, Vodafone UK will be offering the BlackBerry Storm2 free from £35 per month on a 24-month contract that includes 600 minutes talk-time, unlimited BlackBerry Internet Service, unlimited text messaging, as well as unlimited access to VMI (Vodafone Mobile Internet) and broadband.
