Samsung Russia has just officially announced the new Samsung Corby Pop C3510 which will be available in Russia starting late January with retail price at 5990 rubles. In case you don’t knew about it, Samsung C3510 has less features than original corby with just 1.3 MegaPixel camera and only 30MB of internal memory.
Another Corby Pop C3510 features are a 2.8 inch QVGA touchscreen display, 3.5mm headset jack, FM radio with RDS, Bluetooth, widgets, social networking integration, web browser, music player, Samsung DNSe technology, and many other.

Starting yesterday on January 14 2010, Nokia N900 users can update their Maemo firmware to Maemo 5 PR1.1 and it can be installed over the air (OTA). The update comes with some new features like Hutchison SIM cards are supported and MS Exchange 2003 support.
Maemo 5 PR1.1 also has improvements in Use time and power consumption such as Less CPU load caused during video recording, CPU idle latencies and thresholds updated, Removed unnecessary serial logging, Fixing eMMC data lines while sleeping, Reduction of wake-ups in Desktop, Connectivity, Conversations, RSS Feed Reader and many more (see the full changelog Here)

Great news for Nokia 5800 users, a firmware update v40.0.005 has just available with finally Kinetic Scrolling added. The new version v40.0.005 can be downloaded from the Nokia Software Updater (included in PC Suit) or via the OTV (over the air). unfortunately the full changelog still unavailable but some source said that beside kinetic scrolling, it also added with standy br.light in notification lights and also ovi contacts. Make sure to backup before updating.
