Samsung to Release R1 and R0 Portable Media Players

Samsung R1 and R0, the new Samsung’s Portable media players will released on April 2010 in US. The R1 has a 2.4-inch LCD touchscreen display with an user-friendly drag and drop feature, up to 50 hours of audio playback or 4 hours of video, Bluetooth and FM Tuner while the R0 has a 2.6-inch LCD display up to 6 hours of video playback and a microSD card slot.

Both of PMPs offer Samsung’s Digital Natural Sound Engine (DNSe) 3.0 sound enhancement technology and supports a wide range of media formats. Samsung R1 available in 2 colors of choice: silver and black, while Samsung R0 comes in black, silver and pink.

Apple iPad available in US on April 3

Apple has just announced that Apple Ipad will be available in US on April 3 with affordable price starting at $499. US customers can pre-orders Ipad starting March 12 via Apple’s online store.

The Apple Tablet will also be launched in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK in late April.

Pricing & Availability

iPad will be available in Wi-Fi models on April 3 in the US for a suggested retail price of $499 for 16GB, $599 for 32GB, $699 for 64GB. The Wi-Fi + 3G models will be available in late April for a suggested retail price of $629 for 16GB, $729 for 32GB and $829 for 64GB. iPad will be sold in the US through the Apple Store® (www.apple.com), Apple’s retail stores and select Apple Authorized Resellers.

iPad will be available in both Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + 3G models in late April in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK. International pricing will be announced in April. iPad will ship in additional countries later this year.

Samsung Releases 3 New Notebook: Samsung R480, R580 and R780
