Expresso Satellite Navigation Ltd, the world’s first maker of portable GPS Navigation devices is currently preparing to release GPS systems that can be used not only for your car to give you information about the roads but also works as GPS systems for golfers.
The GPS is called the AG1, it has a HD resolution screen, dual stereo speakers, automatic switching form portrait to landscape, 5-way mounting capabilities, and powered by a 533MHz Samsung processor, Expresso AG1 also features iGolf software which gives you access to a database with over 32,500 courses worldwide and the option to map your own course. Pricing and availability are unknown.
A new travel recorder has been introduced by QStarz to the market to offer another option of GPS tracking solution. It is BT-Q1000XT is that new travel recorder which designed to record any activities up to 40 days with 400,000 way points.
This new travel recorder uses MTK II chipset with 165dBm sensitivity with the best support of 66-Channel tracking, and also designed to supports A-GPS fix in as fast as 15 seconds. This tiny device is also equipped with over-speed alarm where you’ll get noticed for any speeding movement.

Today Garmin International Inc has announced Garmin nuvi 3700 Series to its GPS devices lineup. They are nüvi 3790T, nüvi 3760T and nüvi 3750 that offer 4.3-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display, can be used in landscape of portrait mode, allows users to zoom in and out by double-tapping the map, even change perspective from 2D to 3D and rotate the map 360 degrees.
Garmin nüvi 3790T and nüvi 3760T feature free lifetime traffic alerts and Bluetooth technology. while The 3790T feature a wake-up-phrase, which you can set to begin voice navigation, along with 3D terrain and 3D building support.
