The U200 boast Core 2 Duo T6600 processor, 2GB of RAM and a 320GB of storage while the U250 comes with 3GB of memory RAM and 500GB of storage. both of these touchscreen AIO offer Full HD 1600 x 900, NVIDIA’s GeForce G310M graphics and work with Windows 7 OS.
